3rd time and my muscles still can't keep up. Got to the halfway point this time though. I think my muscles might be ably to get through it on the 5th try. But anyone got any tips?
I recommend using a cock ring when viewing to keep your cock hard. You can also practice kegels daily or every other day for about a month or two and then your muscles will be much stronger. Key is to keep clenching those muscles even when they get tired. Push past your limits, that's the way to achieve an HFO.
